Find Clarity On What Matters To You Most
|
We live in society where everyone expects something of us.
Everyday, we are pulled in different directions affecting the balance in our lives. Do these demands come from within, or from what we think others expect of us? This November - just one month before the new year we want to take a moment and decide what the next year will be. What is ahead of us may not be fully clear, but we possess the clarity to make the changes we need. Effort without tension, ease without giving up Balance is often described as the meeting of two qualities: steadiness - the strength and effort to hold a pose, and ease - the accept and soften in it. Too much effort and we grip, we tire, we brace against everything. Too much ease and we lose our shape, drifting without direction. Over the weekend, we work with movement, group coaching and quiet time in nature to explore how we relate to what we can not predict or control. This retreat explores that same balance off the mat - where in our lives we are gripping when we could soften, and where we are drifting when we could stand a little firmer. It is a chance to reflect how much of our life runs on effort, and how much runs on trust, and to find balance in order to live meaningfully. This weekend is for anyone who often puts others first and is ready start showing up for themselves and what matters to them. |
The Art of Balance:
a weekend retreat for self-reflection, trust and creating sustainable life
We are Ronit and Elina. We are both experienced yoga teachers and work as professional coaches in different fields.
Both of us have been leading group sessions and coaching for companies and organisations, while teaching and practicing yoga.
This is why in our retreats we combine together both - yoga for our body and breath and group coaching for clarity and personal growth.
Our concept The Art of… is a series of retreats designed to offer structured, supportive practices that strengthen different parts of our lives.
After The Art of Change (2025) and The Art of Expression (Spring 2026),
we explore a new theme this autumn: The Art of Balance.

Who We Are and Our Story
|
Hello, I’m Elina. I am a certified Executive and Leadership Coach and Team Coach, PCC level by ICF International Coaching Federation. I work as master trainer with groups and individuals in corporate settings to overcome group dynamics and personal patterns. For over 20 years, I’ve worked with psychology, people development, counselling and coaching in helping people navigate career and personal life. I also hold certification as Health and Wellbeing Coach (NHS UK), specialising in emotional resilience, burnout prevention and work-life balance.
As a yoga and meditation teacher, my teaching style is lighthearted and nurturing, always with a touch of humour because I believe we learn best when we feel at ease. I have over 600+ RYT training and 10+ years teaching in Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative Yoga, Hot Yoga, and Yin Yoga. I also love combining creative concepts like Kids Yoga, Kids Yoga For Adults and Inside Flow. I also have experience as certified massage therapist and aromatherapy specialist, which I blend into the practices. |

Hi, my name is Ronit - an experienced yoga instructor, Gestalt coach, and an education specialist with a background in the international aid sector and in refugee education. I combine my teaching with my background in coaching, exploring the various teaching styles and pedagogical methods as we continuously learn, explore and grow together. A life without yoga is hard to imagine. When I first stepped onto the mat nearly 15 years ago, I had no idea what kind of journey I was beginning. Over the years, I’ve deepened my practice and completed certifications in Vinyasa Flow (Yoga Union, 200h), Yin Yoga (Arhanta Yoga), and Mindful Restorative Yoga Therapy, along with additional training. And yet, yoga continues to be an endless path of learning and self-discovery. For me, yoga is not just about movement—it is about listening, connecting to what evolves in the moment and finding space to grow. I love creating spaces where we can explore what emerges using breath and awareness as our guides. |
