About The Retreat: Topics, Lectures and Hands-On Workshops
This is a 3-day yoga retreat dedicated to understanding some of the most common plants and herbs that are easily available in the Nordics and Europe and how to use them in our every day life. Over the weekend we combine yoga and movement in the mornings, nature walks with an experienced ecologist, and workshops in the afternoons with focus on basic practices such as making herbal infusions, what to look for in herbal supplements and guidance on integrating natural remedies into our wellbeing.

TO be edited We are Ronit and Elina. We are both experienced yoga teachers and we have background as professional coaches in different fields.
Our approach brings together three effective tools: yoga for connecting with the body, group coaching for clarity and growth, and creative art to help insights become truly personal. Our concept “The Art of…” is a series of retreats designed to offer structured, supportive practices that strengthen different parts of our lives by combining these approaches. This spring we combine the outer and inner skills and we are focusing on communication, self-awareness, and everyday wellbeing.
