What is health & wellbeing coaching? 
And what brings people to sessions?



There are multiple aspects to our wellbeing - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
The idea of what is a good level of wellbeing is very personal.


But in simple words, health & wellbeing coaching helps people improve their physical and mental health by setting personalised goals around fitness, nutrition, stress management, and emotional wellness. 
A good coach will guide you to build sustainable habits for long-term well-being that can remain after your work together.

The most common topics people bring to our sessions are:

  • Stress management: A big problem nowadays is continuous exposure to stress and anxiety, implementing long term solutions is a key topic.

  • Lifestyle changes: Our life events - both positive and negative - often affect our basic habits: healthier eating, exercise, or sleep habits.

  • Motivation: Often we generally know what needs to be done, yet, we find that we need support and accountability to make it happen.

  • Mental health: Creating habits for our mental health: regulating anxiety, depression, or building emotional resilience.

  • Work-life balance: We wish we could draw a clear line but fact is, this is still the biggest topic in coaching sessions - boundaries.

Sometimes the goals are linked - our health is linked to our work situation and the atmosphere at work influences our well-being. Many employers recognize that and offer this as part of their wellbeing benefits.
