50 things about I would tell my younger self...

About Work, Career Growth and Self-Leadership
We can not travel back in time. Wouldn't it be great, though? Meeting ourselves and giving our past versions a little bit of the wisdom, the knowledge and the courage they will need. Well, we may not be able to meet our younger self, but we can help and support those who are now following footsteps similar to ours. This is the beauty of life - paying it forward.
We grow by growing others, a great leader I know liked to say. And since I have not figured out a way to time travel just yet, I hope that the resources and experience below would be of help and value to someone else who is on the path of career and purpose.

Below you can find even more resources on career, job search, job changes, how to navigate career transitions, and hopefully, ideas and practices that you find useful and inspiring. Writing this blog space has been a deeply personal journey, and I have tried to blend everything I know from the field of psychology, executive coaching, team coaching and social psychology, but also add what I have learned from personal experience.

Health and Wellbeing - How do I take care of myself?

We know that our health is the most precious aspect of our lives. But if knowledge itself was enough, we would all be fully committed to being in the best physical, mental and emotional state in each stage of our lives. We would be building and sustaining the habits that keep is healthy, especially in the long run. We would be prioritising our own wellbeing, even when the pieces of our lives are in complete chaos. If knowledge itself was enough, there would be no need for new year resolutions.

In reality, the biggest step is from knowing to doing. It is a journey with its uphills and downhills. Often, it is also a journey where we feel shame and guilt for not being perfect in keeping up the promises to ourselves.
