We Grow By Growing Others
We all live and thrive in relation to others. One of the basic human needs is for connection and contribution - to something or someone beyond ourselves. Often due to the demand for productivity and getting results, we skip the process of building trust and creating a solid base. This is why under pressure, the cracks become visible and if unattended, the team structure collapses. Same applies to the relationship with ourselves - it needs our utmost dedication to grow ourselves, to support ourselves they way we support others.

How I Work With Groups and Events
|
Great success is always built on the shoulders of not one, but a group of people. We grow by growing others,
In every workshop, keynote or event I create, I combine together research, psychology-based frameworks, and non-traditional hands-on experiences that spark the imagination and creativity. We are often stuck in the frameworks we work and operate in. We have trained ourselves to excel in certain patterns of thinking and reasoning, which makes us efficient. But when seeking new ways of working together, we must be willing to break these barriers. My goal is always to co-create the experience, the insights and the result together. I believe in open dialogue, using playfulness and the value of each person in this process. |

When we work with non-profit organisations and causes that are close to our hearts, often we feel like we have received much more than we have given. When it comes to being part of non-profit projects and organisation, this quote for me summarises it best: The secret of living is giving.
