Purpose: We Grow By Growing Others

​​I work with individuals on personal goals and also support teams as a facilitator and speaker at events.
𖧋 Teams: there are often common denominators when we work together - regardless of field or title - that are the building blocks of successful teams. Often due to the demand for productivity and getting results, we skip the process of building trust and creating a solid team base. Which often 'holds the house together' until the strong winds come. Under pressure, the cracks become visible and with prolonged pressure the structure collapses.

𖧋 Individuals: for centuries we have turned to wise-women and men, and to anyone who could hold a greater vision and guide us on that journey. Today we have often expect to figure it all out by ourselves. Of course, we can climb the mountain alone. But doing it with a coach makes the journey more insightful, exciting and often - quicker.

’m borrowing the line from my time at BCG that still holds true for me: great success is never built on the shoulders of just one person. Whether it's a friend cheering us on, a mentor guiding the way, or a team we can lean on—there is strength in building the future together.

In every workshop or event I create, I weave together insightful research, psychology-based frameworks, and meaningful, hands-on experiences that help us peel back the layers and reconnect with often-forgotten parts of ourselves.

Who we are today lays the foundation for who we are becoming. The clearer we get about who we are and where we’re headed, the more we trust ourselves to navigate the journey. And maybe even enjoy the ride.

Coaching Platforms Collaboration

Many companies provide coaching services to their employees through coaching platforms. Often employees receive a package of 5-7 coaching sessions upon discretion of their manager. When we work with non-profit organisations and causes that are close to our hearts, often we feel like we have received much more than we have given. When it comes to being part of non-profit projects and organisation, this quote for me summarises it best: The secret of living is giving.

WYSE International - Young Global Change Makers

WYSE International is a non-profit organisation that supports young leaders in many countries who are leading change in their communities. WYSE has a broad team of professional coaches, psychologists and mentors that are then paired with one of the talents and supports them in developing the skills and reaching the goals they have for themselves and their projects. 

Working with Allan Kampame and The Kirunga Project, Kampala, Uganda.

Allan is a young man who runs a non profit organisation for making sustainable and reusable female menstrual pads, building sanitary units in schools where girls can wash and change themselves and educating young people and their parents. ​In 12 months, we met every  2-3 weeks and created plan and actions for:
​
  • growing and scaling the project to attract more volunteers and donations
  • building communication and presentational skills for Allan as a young leader
  • making clear goals for his personal growth and development, like finishing his education​

Today, Allan has grown both himself and the project beyond what we initially dared to dream when we started working together. Personally, I was moved by the great purpose he is serving and we contributed all profits from our yoga workshops to the project. Honoured to have been part of Allan's journey and proud of his growth. 

Mentor The Young - Bulgaria

Mentor The Young is a 3-month mentoring program designed to support young people at the start of their career and personal development journey. Each participant is matched with an experienced mentor who offers guidance tailored to their individual goals and aspirations.
The mentorship journey is shaped by a shared approach but personalised to each pair. It typically includes 2–5 hours a week of mentoring and coaching, along with reflection exercises, group events, practical workshops, and hands-on business simulations—all designed to build skills, confidence, and clarity for the road ahead.

Working with Young People in Bulgaria - More Than Just Another Mentoring Program

As a Bulgarian living abroad for now more than 20 years, this project feels like a full circle. The opportunity to give back to my country and to the young people that will continue its development, is more than another project. Working with young professionals in Bulgaria is one of the most meaningful and fulfilling experiences. Currently, have the privilege to support Kristina Petrakieva - psychology graduate on her career development in the world of HR and talent development. 

In mentorship programs we often identify personally meaningful goals and aspirations, support learning new skills like communication or leadership styles, and we evaluate and reflect on the progress regularly. Personally, I like using both mentoring and coaching methods in such programs.
