Our health is one of our greatest treasures, yet it’s often the thing we overlook the most. To live a joyful life, our mindset, emotions, and habits are key factors. The way we view ourselves and the world shapes our experiences – will we embrace them with joy, or let fear hold us back? Our emotions guide many decisions, including the changes we want to make - or sometimes struggle to maintain, especially when building healthier routines. The quality of our life is directly correlated to the habits we build and to the close relationships we have; and that most importantly, we go through life trying to build a healthier relationship with the one person that matters the most - our own self.

Today we know a lot more and there is greater awareness of the Health and Wellbeing at the work place. We talk about emotional health, mental health and we have more open dialogues about how we actually feel. We should not stop here - we are very far away from having fully open conversations about for example, women's health at the workplace or understanding the experience of burnout, or depression and work related anxiety. Yet, it all starts with us. With our mindset, our emotions and the way we choose to view and live life.
Investing time, energy and love in our selves is the greatest thing we can do.

About Career and Purpose: what do I want to do with my life?
Do what you love, love what you do. This popular quote makes it sound all so easy. But often in life we feel that we can not be further from that annoyingly blissful life that everyone else seems to living (especially on social media). Many of us feel ´stuck´ in our jobs, we hit a wall and find ourselves in a state of burn out and we start asking ourselves that big question - ...is that really all there is? And so begins our journey towards finding purpose, greater meaning and ways to contribute to the world around us.
We may change jobs, find a new path for ourselves or get ready to be a better leader - the one we never had. One thing is certain - growth is what makes us thrive, and much like in nature - we can only grow by growing others.
