51. Tired, yet running.

​At this point of the year we are all running on fumes 
... and coffee.


This October all articles are dedicated to Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing.

In October every year - an interesting shift happens.
We are motivated and ´juggling many balls in the air´ as we say in Norway , 
but also tired and exhausted at the same time.
How is that even possible?!

I see this every year - have worked 20+ years in corporate and 6+ in wellness 
but regardless of industry, profession or life style, at this time each year -
we are all running the same marathon.

Except, we do not really get medals for this kind of running around. 
Just longer to-do list waiting for us. 

Instead of prizes, this marathon hands out inboxes with 126 unread emails, 
deadlines that multiply overnight, cold coffee, and Zoom fatigue.

And somehow, we keep showing up. 

So if you feel this resonates - 
I am not here to give us any big words of wisdom this week.
Just a little bit of humour.

The Champions of Every Day Olympics

The to-do-list sprinters
The caffeine-fuelled warriors
The multi-task jugglers
