Team Culture: Building Collaborative Cultures with Psychological Safety
For: Cross-functional teams, newly formed teams, hybrid work groups
Focus: Trust, collaboration, healthy conflict, inclusive team dynamics Format: Full day, up to 6 hours True collaboration is often easier said than done. It is not status, titles and quick answers but about creating space for all voices. We go beyond the theory of teamwork and dive into how trust is built moment to moment. We use Lencioni's model for High Performing teams and the basics of Radical Collaboration of Jim Tamm. The training includes experiential practices, games and open discussions. |
