This is a one personal coaching sessions of 75 min.
All sessions are digital.

One 75-minute coaching session, designed entirely around you. We meet digitally and focus on a topic of your choice - whatever feels most present or important right now. You will also receive optional reflection points before and after the session to help you get the most out of our time together.

I recommend using this session to gain clarity around what is truly the matter and breaking it down into smaller areas.

Before the session:
  • you will receive questions and short tasks to prepare 
  • you will need 10-15 min to reflect on the pre-work
During the session:
  • we will go deeper into the topic to see what is happening
  • we will identify the main areas of your current stagnation 
  • we will map out - visually - what is going on
After the session:
  • you will commit to actions - big or small - to begin change
